Restaurant Basic Mode #
Restaurant Basic Mode allows cashiers to efficiently manage table-based orders directly from the POS panel. Using this mode, the cashier can:
- Create and manage table-wise orders
- Assign orders to specific tables
- Print kitchen slips directly (without requiring a separate kitchen panel)
- Complete the checkout process from the same interface
This streamlined workflow ensures faster service and better order management within a single POS screen.
POS Mode Options.
When selecting POS Mode, there are two available options:
Add Item to an Existing Order #
Enable this option to allow cashiers to add new items to an existing order.
Once items are added, the cashier who made the changes is responsible for sending the updated order to the kitchen.
Remove Item from an Existing Order #
Enable this option to allow cashiers to remove items from an existing order.
After removing items, the cashier who made the changes is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is properly updated.
