Silent Print Setup Guide #
1. Open Chrome Program File #
To begin, navigate to the Chrome installation directory on your computer. Typically, it’s located at:
C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application
2. Create Shortcut #
Right-click on chrome.exe and select Create Shortcut.
3. Customize and Save #
Now login to the Vitepos Admin Panel, go to Basic Settings, and copy your POS URL.
Next, completely close Chrome, including all background processes.
Right-click on the shortcut you just created and select Properties.
In the Target field, go to the end of the existing path, press Space, then:

Click Apply and then OK to save.
4. Open Chrome #
Now launch Chrome using the customized shortcut.
The POS panel will open automatically in kiosk printing mode.
5. POS Panel – Place Order #
Process an order from the POS panel as usual—select items, place the order, and complete checkout.
6. Silent Print #
Once the order is completed, the invoice will print automatically without showing the print dialog — thanks to the silent print setup.
