Enable Full Stock Management #
To enable complete stock control in Vitepos, follow these steps:
Access Admin Panel #
Navigate to the Vitepos Admin Panel → Stock Settings Module.
Enable Full Stock Management and click Save Settings.
Stock Management Types #
Once full stock management is enabled, you will see two types of stock control options:
Type 01: WooCommerce Stock (Single Stock) #
Vitepos will utilize WooCommerce stock directly.
This ensures a unified stock system between your website and POS — making inventory management simpler.
Type 02: Outlet-wise Stock (Multi Stock) #
Manage stock separately for each outlet. This enables:
- Independent inventory per outlet
- Stock transfer between outlets
- Stock receiving management
- Product purchase tracking for individual outlets
Online Stock Link with Outlet #
An additional feature for multi-stock users:
Link an outlet’s stock with your WooCommerce store. This means online orders will deduct stock from the selected outlet.
