Waiter Tips Feature #
The Waiter Tips Feature allows authorized users to add tips during the checkout process in the POS panel. The added tip will be included in the final bill and reflected on the receipt.
Enable Tips Permission for Role #
- Navigate to the VitePOS admin panel.
- Go to the role module.
- Open the Role Access tab
Now, enable permission for the user role to add tips during order.
Add Tips from POS Panel #
After granting permission:
- Open the Vitepos POS panel.
- Select a few items
- Proceed to the Checkout page
- Add the waiter tip during checkout
Verify Tips on Receipt #
Once the order is completed, the added tip will be clearly reflected on the receipt.
