How to Order Return and Refund in Vitepos #
To refund an order, go to the POS panel’s Order module. At the top right of the Order module, you will see a “Refund” button.
Click the button, and you can search for an order by Order ID, Outlet, Processed by, Customer file ID, Order date, Date range, or by scanning a product.
Once you’ve located the order, click the “Refund” button .
You can choose to refund all products from the order or select specific items to refund .
After refund the print reciept will show you like this:
