User and Kiosk App Introduction #
The User and Kiosk App is a powerful extension integrated with WooCommerce and Vitepos, offering real-time syncing of products, orders, sales, inventory, and customer data. Operates smoothly on mobile phones, tablets, desktop computers, and dedicated kiosk devices. Compatible with all major web browsers. Supports WooCommerce payment gateways, ensuring secure and flexible transactions anytime, anywhere.
Ideal for restaurants, grocery stores, and self-service ordering systems.

User and Kiosk App Admin Panel #
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Panel
Go to Vitepos → Vitepos User Panel
Configure all the necessary settings and click Save Settings.
Admin Settings Overview #
Settings are organized into two separate sections:
User App Settings
Kiosk App Settings
Basic Settings Tab (You will find general configuration options that apply to both app types.)
User App Settings #
Customize user app behavior and layout.
Configure user app payment options.
Set the user app redirect link.
Kiosk App Settings #
Manage kiosk-specific behavior and layout.
Set up payment options for kiosk usage.
Define the redirect link for kiosk users.
User and Kiosk App Client Panel #
Accessing the Client Panel
Navigate to the default link or your custom-configured link for the User or Kiosk App.
Note: For kiosk usage, you must assign a default customer and counter from the kiosk app settings before login.
Place Order and Complete Order #
Step 1: Log in to the Kiosk or User App
Select desired items.
Proceed to place the order.
Step 2: View the Order in POS
Navigate to Vitepos POS Panel → Waiter’s POS Module.
Go to the Placed Orders tab.
You will find the recently placed order listed.
